ACC jumps on incorporating two wholly owned subsidiary companies

ACC is currently trading at Rs. 2012.60, up by 16.10 points or 0.81% from its previous closing of Rs. 1996.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1996.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2021.60 and Rs. 1996.00 respectively. So far 9104 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2674.45 on 13-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1593.50 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2039.95 and Rs. 1985.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 37783.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.69%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.51% and 13.81% respectively.

ACC has incorporated two new Wholly Owned Subsidiary Companies. These subsidiaries are named as ACC Concrete South and ACC Concrete West. 
ACC Concrete South and ACC Concrete West have been acquired to carry on the business of manufacturing and dealing in cement, RMC and allied products and by-products.
