Zuari Agro Chemicals has raised Rs 10 crore through the allotment of 100 senior, secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) denominated in Indian Rupees of a face value of Rs 10 lakh each. The NCO Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 5, 2022, has approved the allotment of the same.
