Zuari Agro Chemicals jumps on raising Rs 10 crore through NCDs

Zuari Agro Chemicals is currently trading at Rs. 176.00, up by 2.45 points or 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 173.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 173.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 183.40 and Rs. 173.45 respectively. So far 29764 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 193.60 on 05-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 83.30 on 12-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 193.60 and Rs. 132.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 744.85 crore.

Zuari Agro Chemicals has raised Rs 10 crore through the allotment of 100 senior, secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) denominated in Indian Rupees of a face value of Rs 10 lakh each. The NCO Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 5, 2022, has approved the allotment of the same.
