Yes Bank shines on getting nod to sell stressed assets worth Rs 48000 crore to JC Flowers ARC

Yes Bank is currently trading at Rs. 16.90, up by 0.50 points or 3.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 16.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 16.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 17.20 and Rs. 16.75 respectively. So far 15580687 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 18.20 on 09-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 12.09 on 30-Nov-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 17.60 and Rs. 16.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 42344.35 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions holding in the company stood at 55.30% and 44.70% respectively.

Yes Bank has received approval from board of directors to sell stressed assets worth around Rs 48,000 crore to JC Flowers ARC, which has turned out to be the sole bidder for the portfolio. JC Flowers ARC had in July this year emerged as the base bidder for the proposed sale of the identified stressed loan book of Yes Bank aggregating up to Rs 48,000 crore. The bank will now proceed towards negotiating definitive agreements.

Yes Bank is engaged in providing banking services, including corporate and institutional banking, financial markets, investment banking, corporate finance, branch banking, business and transaction banking, and wealth management.
