Chennai, 7 September 2022 – Chennai-headquartered managed office and coworking space provider, Work Easy Space Solutions Private Limited (WorkEZ) has announced the signing of three new buildings in Chennai. The new centres will be known as ‘WorkEZ The Address’, ‘WorkEZ Chambers Guindy’ and ‘WorkEZ Clubhouse Anna Salai’. The upcoming centres are located across three key micro-markets of the city: the 200 feet Radial Road in Pallavaram, in Guindy and on Clubhouse Road, off Anna Salai, respectively.

The three new centres have a total capacity of nearly 4000 seats spanning across 1.9 lakh square feet. With this latest addition to its portfolio, WorkEZ now has a total capacity of over 12,000 seats spanning over 6 lakh square feet, across its seven centres in Chennai, making it the city’s largest managed office space provider.

According to a recent report by a leading International Property Consultant, coworking space providers across top 7 cities in India leased 28 lakh square feet in Q2 2022, the highest in 12 quarters. Likewise, the office market in Chennai is witnessing improving occupier momentum, with demand driven by IT, ITes and BFSI firms. The uptake in the first half of 2022 is similar to the numbers recorded in 2019 and we believe this city has great potential.”

About WorkEZ The Address:
WorkEZ The Address spans around 1.30 lakh square feet and is located within Featherlite’s The Address, a prestigious business park located on the 200 feet Radial Road that connects Pallavaram with Thoraipakkam. The centre has been built for a total capacity of 2600 seats and will have a collaborative lobby lounge with a snooker table and individual privacy booths. The centre is in the final stages of fittings and will be ready for clients to move in by 1^st week of November, 2022.

About WorkEZ Chambers Guindy:

WorkEZ Chambers Guindy will be WorkEZ’s second centre in Guindy. The building that has been leased from Ennar, spans across 25,000 square feet over 4 floors and can accommodate around 450 seats. The centre will be operational by 15^th October 2022.

About WorkEZ Clubhouse Anna Salai:
Developed by Tagrose Group and leased by WorkEZ, this building is located on Clubhouse Road, in the heart of Anna Salai and offers great connectivity to the primary commercial business district of Chennai. The 35,000-square feet building can accommodate 700 seats and will be WorkEZ’s second centre in the vicinity. WorkEZ Clubhouse, Anna Salai will be fully operational by the 1^st week of December.
