| The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.24 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs 22.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.46 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.38 per cent at Rs 233.51 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 228.09 crore in the corresponding period last year. During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.00 per cent to Rs 209.49 crore from Rs 197.63 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 31.91 per cent at Rs 4.31 crore versus (Dec'19 Rs 6.33 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 18.02 per cent to Rs 24.97 crore as against Rs 30.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.93 per cent in December quarter. Taxation decreased by 24.59 per cent at Rs 5.95 crore (Dec'19 Rs 7.89 crore). |
