Veranda Learning Solutions has debuted at Rs 157.00 on the BSE, up by 20 points or 14.60% from its issue price of Rs 137.

The scrip is currently trading at Rs 158.95, up by 21.95 points or 16.02% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 160.80 and Rs 149.15 respectively. So far 5.43 lakh shares were traded on the counter.

The offering, which was open for subscription between March 29, 2022 and March 31, 2022 was subscribed 3.53 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 137 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 130-137 apiece.
