The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.22 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs 19.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 27.71 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 70.03 per cent at Rs 55.16 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 184.03 crore in the corresponding period last year. During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 70.98 per cent to Rs 51.02 crore from Rs 175.84 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 8.73 per cent at Rs 17.46 crore versus (Dec'19 Rs 19.13 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 49.45 per cent to Rs 4.14 crore as against Rs 8.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 68.76 per cent in December quarter. Taxation decreased by 46.43 per cent at Rs 3.30 crore (Dec'19 Rs 6.16 crore).
