Ugro Capital is currently trading at Rs. 221.35, up by 0.95 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 220.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 219.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 221.35 and Rs. 219.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 229.00 on 17-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 80.00 on 22-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 229.00 and Rs. 212.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1555.13 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.02% and 89.11% respectively.

Ugro Capital has raised Rs 25 crore through secured, listed, rated, redeemable, senior, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and allotted 10.25% p.a., 250 NCDs having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on private placement basis. The board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2022 has approved the same.
