UGRO Capital rises on getting nod to raise Rs 40 crore via commercial papers

Ugro Capital is currently trading at Rs. 304.95, up by 1.20 points or 0.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 303.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 308.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 308.85 and Rs. 299.00 respectively. So far 13987 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 319.85 on 22-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 136.00 on 23-Dec-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 316.45 and Rs. 299.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2812.26 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.45% and 70.36% respectively.

UGRO Capital has received an approval for issuance of listed Commercial papers to the tune of Rs 40 crore for a period of 178 days. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on August 26, 2023 has approved the same. 

Earlier, the company had received an approval for issuance of listed Commercial papers to the tune of Rs 20 crore for a period of 90 days.
