Tulsyan NEC has entered into an agreement to sell its non-core asset (in operative unit) situated at Ambattur Village, Chennai on such terms and conditions as are mentioned therein. The buyer is a third-party buyer who does not belong to the Promoter / Promoter Group / Group Companies and the transaction does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions.
Tulsyan NEC is engaged in the manufacturing of TMT bars, Coal Based Power Plant and Synthetics Woven fabrics and sacks.
