NIFTY OUTLOOK
Momentum was not very forthcoming after clearing 16350 yesteday. While this was not surprising, given the low VIX, it did indeed raise the possibility of a turn lower. However, standard deviation studies suggest that an expansion in trading ranges is in play, and the prospects of a turn lower, need not be put to play until below 16290. Towards this end, favoured view expects initial dips to be held above 16325 before a push beyond 16400.
