Nifty Outlook:
Though the sell off on Wednesday stopped short of the penetrating 14600, we feel that the ongoing down-move does have the momentum to unsettle it. Towards this end, we expect a test of 14500, as long as 14770 resists upside attempts. Alternatively, if Nifty manages to push beyond 14770, or refuses to slip beyond 14500-400s, the bearish grip can be assumed to have been loosened, and we can look forward to the breakage of 15040 again.
