Technocraft Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1200.50, up by 13.65 points or 1.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 1186.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1182.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1214.95 and Rs. 1176.90 respectively. So far 1340 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1235.00 on 05-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 356.25 on 19-Apr-2021.

Technocraft Industries (India) has incorporated a subsidiary company by name ‘Technocraft Sepcialty Yarns’ for its business. The date of incorporation is April 08, 2022. Initial Paid-up share Capital shall be Rs 1 lakh and 100% shareholding of the said Company owned by Technocraft Industries (India).
Technocraft enjoys a significant position in five main business industries viz., Drum Closures, Pipes & Tubes, Engineering Services, Scaffolding systems & accessories and Cotton Yarn.
