Technocraft Industries gains on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary
Technocraft Industries (India) is currently trading at Rs. 1557.10, up by 7.20 points or 0.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 1549.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1564.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1595.00 and Rs. 1550.10 respectively. So far 10633 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1624.00 on 25-Apr-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 689.65 on 14-Oct-2022.

Technocraft Industries has incorporated a wholly-owned Subsidiary namely ‘Technocraft Extrusions’ (TEPL) on May 17, 2023. TEPL is incorporated for Scaffolding business of the company for manufacturing of Aluminum Extrusion. The company has subscribed 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of TEPL on face value of Rs 10 each i.e. aggregate consideration is Rs 1 lakh.
