Taurus Asset Management Company (AMC) has addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Taurus Mutual Fund.
Taurus Mutual Fund (MF) informed that Rohit Kumar Chawda, acting Chief Executive Officer of Taurus Asset Management Company has resigned from services of the AMC with effective from the close of business hours on June 22, 2023. Pursuant to resignation, he ceased to be key personnel of AMC. Accordingly, all references pertaining to Rohit Kumar Chawda in SAI, SID and KIM of the schemes of Taurus Mutual Fund stand deleted.
This Addendum forms an integral part of SID, KIM and SAI of the schemes of Taurus Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time.
