Swaram by Tata Housing – A freshly announced project located in Devanahalli, Bengaluru just 7km from the airport was sold out within 36hours of its launch. Clocking a revenue of over 130 CR, Swaram managed to sell out all of its 157 launched plots. The project is a part of Tata Housing’s larger 140 acres project, Carnatica, developed by One Bangalore Luxury Projects LLP, joint venture between Tata Housing Development Company Ltd., and M.S. Ramaiah Realty LLP ,which is going to be a mixed-use amenity-driven development, strategically created for the untapped millennial home buyer base in Bengaluru. With a total development potential of over 8500 Cr, inspired by Carnatic music, the mega-development in North Bengaluru called CARNATICA brings together everything within its plan harmoniously to create a city in sync. The mega city includes a wide range of world-class amenities to encourage active, social and connected living, within the residential and commercial developments.

With Crescent Enclave in Chennai, Swaram in Bengaluru is the second plotted development by Tata Realty to manage a full sell-out this year. 

With the response at Swaram, Tata realty is also eying at plotted development across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, NCR & Kolkata. A total of 1200CR will be allocated to acquire the lands for premium residential spaces along with plotted development in the next 12 – 24 months. Tata realty is sprinting aggressively towards large-scale developments in both commercial and residential, land bank of 12 acres to 200 acres is being exploredA land parcel of 20 acres near Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana is also allocated for plotted development with a vision to create 200 -250 plots, the land is owned by Tata Realty. With this Tata Realty is eyeing at 20% to 30% revenue generation from plotted developments by FY 2023- 2024
