Tata Consumer Products inches up on completing acquisition of 100% stake in Kottaram Agro Foods

Tata Consumer Products is currently trading at Rs. 617.35, up by 0.15 points or 0.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 617.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 618.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 621.25 and Rs. 611.60 respectively. So far 65772 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 645.50 on 17-Feb-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 214.00 on 24-Mar-2020.

Tata Consumer Products has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of the Kottaram Agro Foods. Consequently, Kottaram Agro Foods has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
