The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 10.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.61 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.47 per cent at Rs 158.67 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 181.28 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.55 per cent to Rs 153.99 crore from Rs 166.56 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 53.69 per cent at Rs 5.21 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 3.39 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 68.21 per cent to Rs 4.68 crore as against Rs 14.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 63.67 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 46.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.97 crore, while Taxation decreased by 57.53 per cent at Rs 1.58 crore (Mar'21 Rs 3.72 crore).
