The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 7.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 40.95 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.64 per cent at Rs 170.37 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 144.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.45 per cent to Rs 157.05 crore from Rs 131.48 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 47.27 per cent at Rs 4.86 crore versus (Mar'20 Rs 3.30 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 0.22 per cent to Rs 13.31 crore as against Rs 13.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.20 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 127.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs -0.36 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 3.17 crore (Mar'20 Rs 3.17 crore).
