The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 109.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 103.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.90 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.00 per cent at Rs 786.60 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 639.50 crore in the corresponding period last year. During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.31 per cent to Rs 556.20 crore from Rs 436.90 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 33.33 per cent at Rs 17.20 crore versus (Dec'21 Rs 12.90 crore). Operating Profit surged by 13.72 per cent to Rs 230.40 crore as against Rs 202.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.54 per cent in December quarter. Interest grew by 45.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 23.14 per cent at Rs 29.80 crore (Dec'21 Rs 24.20 crore).
