Sinclairs Hotels zooms on entering into conditional sale agreement to transfer land

Sinclairs Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 117.70, up by 5.25 points or 4.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 112.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 112.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 119.70 and Rs. 112.00 respectively. So far 99687 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 134.50 on 10-Oct-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 60.00 on 14-Jan-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 119.70 and Rs. 106.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 319.83 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.78%, while Non-Institutions held 37.22% stake in the company.

Sinclairs Hotels has entered into a conditional sale agreement on December 05, 2022, for transfer of Company’s one acre of land (approximately) situated in Action Area I B, New Town, Kolkata. As per the company, the transfer of land would take place on fulfillment of conditions and due diligence. Hence it is not feasible to estimate time period of the expected date of transfer. The consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 27 crore.

Sinclairs Hotels presently operates in the hospitality sector, they own and manage a chain of hotels in India under the brand ‘Sinclairs’.
