Siemens tumbles on reporting 3% fall in consolidated net profit in Q4

Siemens is currently trading at Rs. 2152.50, down by 124.45 points or 5.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 2276.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2254.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2254.40 and Rs. 2099.40 respectively. So far 38172 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2438.50 on 10-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1357.55 on 25-Nov-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2338.40 and Rs. 2099.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 76815.14 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.13% and 9.87% respectively.

Siemens has reported 1.40% fall in its net profit of Rs 323.00 crore for the quarter ended in September 30, 2021 as against net profit of Rs 327.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.43% at Rs 4061.30 crore for quarter ended September 30, 2021 as compared Rs 3580.40 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 2.60% fall in its net profit at Rs 321.60 crore for the quarter ended in September 30, 2021 as against net profit of Rs 330.20 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 20.75% at Rs 4358.30 crore for quarter ended September 30, 2021 as compared Rs 3609.30 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
