Shalby posts Q4 net profit of Rs 11.03 cr
The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 11.03 crore compared to net loss of Rs 16.86 crore in the previous year quarter. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.28 per cent at Rs 141.68 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 105.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.07 per cent to Rs 109.38 crore from Rs 103.12 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 78.25 per cent at Rs 2.29 crore versus (Mar'20 Rs 10.53 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 1251.46 per cent to Rs 32.30 crore as against Rs 2.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 903.96 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 55.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.75 crore, while Taxation decreased by 29.56 per cent at Rs 13.44 crore (Mar'20 Rs 19.08 crore).
