Satin Creditcare Network inches up on raising Rs 65 crore through NCDs
Satin Creditcare Network is currently trading at Rs. 159.15, up by 0.15 points or 0.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 159.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 159.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 164.50 and Rs. 156.50 respectively. So far 14459 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 174.90 on 05-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 76.30 on 25-Jan-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 174.90 and Rs. 146.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1255.26 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.84% and 46.19% respectively.
Satin Creditcare Network has raised Rs 65 crore through allotment of 650 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on private placement basis. The Working Committee of Satin Creditcare Network in its meeting held on December 12, 2022 has allotted the same.
Satin Creditcare Network is one of the largest Microfinance Institutions (MFI) in Northern India.
