Sanghi Industries is currently trading at Rs. 67.45, up by 1.10 points or 1.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 66.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 65.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 68.20 and Rs. 65.05 respectively. So far 48922 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 74.00 on 21-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 32.55 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 69.90 and Rs. 62.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1684.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.93%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.66% and 27.41% respectively.

Sanghi Industries has raised Rs 500 crore through allotment of 5000 Secured, Unrated, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on Private Placement basis. The Business Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on November 29, 2022 has approved the same.
