SBI surges on raising Rs 6,872 crore through AT 1 Bond

State Bank Of India is currently trading at Rs. 555.85, up by 2.40 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 553.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 555.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 556.85 and Rs. 551.15 respectively. So far 234147 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 557.00 on 09-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 425.00 on 08-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 557.00 and Rs. 531.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 496074.54 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.86% and 7.58% respectively.

State Bank of India (SBI) has raised Rs 6,872 crore through the allotment of 7.75% Unsecured, Not Guaranteed, Basel III compliant Additional Tier 1, Taxable, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Bonds on September 09, 2022 . The said AT 1 Bond issue is in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (ILNCS) Regulations, 2021.
