Reliance Power is currently trading at Rs. 12.26, up by 0.37 points or 3.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 11.89 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 12.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 12.70 and Rs. 12.00 respectively. So far 7757779 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 24.95 on 06-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 9.05 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 12.70 and Rs. 11.84 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4586.83 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 24.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.54% and 64.47% respectively. 

Reliance Power has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2023.

The company has reported net profit at Rs 879.50 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 67.71 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 19.38% at Rs 33.19 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 41.17 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit at Rs 321.79 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2023 as compared to net loss of Rs 657.89 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company marginally decreased by 1.18% at Rs 1856.32 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 1878.40 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2023, the company has reported net profit at Rs 654.71 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 277.32 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 18.41% at Rs 150.17 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 184.06 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.

For the year ended March 31, 2023, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss at Rs 470.77 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 964.00 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company marginally increased by 2.55% at Rs 7882.74 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7686.73 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.
