Realty stocks jump as housing project allotted Rs 48000 crore for FY23

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in her budget proposal has announced that housing project allotted Rs 48000 crore for FY23 under PM housing scheme.
Oberoi Realty is currently trading at Rs. 943.15, up by 27.55 points or 3.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 915.60 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 919.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 960.50 and Rs. 919.00 respectively.
Macrotech Developers is currently trading at Rs. 1307.60, up by 12.60 points or 0.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 1295.00 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 1315.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1327.00 and Rs. 1300.55 respectively.
Prestige Estates Projects is currently trading at Rs. 489.35, up by 1.05 points or 0.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 488.30 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 494.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 501.25 and Rs. 487.35 respectively.
