Rail Vikas Nigam is currently trading at Rs. 30.25, up by 0.10 points or 0.33% from its previous closing of Rs. 30.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 30.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 30.40 and Rs. 29.85 respectively. So far 63366 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 44.75 on 25-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 27.50 on 24-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 31.50 and Rs. 29.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6286.34 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 78.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.17% and 12.63% respectively.

Rail Vikas Nigam has entered into strategic Memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port (SMPK), Kolkata on June 15, 2022. Under this MoU, SMPK using expertise of Rail Vikas Nigam for improving logistics efficiency for goods generating & aggregating from ports, hinterland and for a country as a whole.

This MoU will also help in development of SMPK projects in an integrated manner, setting up of SPVs/JVs for execution of large projects in India/abroad and for providing consultancy and projects management services.

Rail Vikas Nigam is in the business of executing all types of railway projects including new lines, doubling, gauge conversion, railway electrification, metro projects, workshops, major bridges, construction of cable stayed bridges, institution buildings etc.
