Piramal Enterprises Limited shareholders will get shares of Piramal Pharma Ltd in 4:1 ratio i.e four shares of Piramal Pharma for every one share held in Piramal Enterprises. Convergence Chemicals Pvt. Ltd and Hemmo Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd will be amalgamated into Piramal Pharma Ltd and PHL Fininvest Pvt Ltd will be amalgamated into Piramal Enterprises limited.
