During the 1QFY22, Craftsman Automation Ltd (CAL) reported revenue of ~Rs435cr (up ~167% YoY) on back of strong sales across the segments. On the EBITDA front, the company has reported Rs108cr and EBITDA margin at 25.8%, which is down by 266bps yoy due to higher cost. On the bottom-line front, the company has reported a profit of Rs24cr in 1QFY22 against loss of Rs16cr in 1QFY21 on back of strong sales and lower interest. Overall 1QFY22 results were in-line with expectation. Hence, we are positive on stock.
