* The top gaining sectoral indices on the BSE were, Utilities was up by 0.52%, FMCG was up by 0.19%, Realty was up by 0.78%, Capital Goods was up by 0.99%, Energy was up by 1.97%, and Oil & Gas was up by 0.53%, while, Telecom was down by 0.29%, were top lossing indices were on BSE.

* There were Indusind Bank was up by 5.73%, AXIS Bank was up by 3.46%, SBIN was up by 3.19%, Tech Mahindra was up by 3.07%, and Maruti was up by 2.66%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were Dr. Reddy was down by 1.58%, UltraTech Cement was down by 1.48%, Sun Pharma was down by 1.14%, Bharti Airtel was down by 1.06%, and Titan was down by 0.57%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 17,166.90 up by 183.70 points or 1.08% after trading in a range of 17,213.05 and 17,064.25. There were 35 stocks advancing and 14 stocks declining and 1 stock unchanged.
