* The BSE Sensex ended at 57,064.87 down by 195.71 points or 0.34% after trading in a range of 58,183.77 and 56,867.51. There were 14 stocks advancing and 16 stocks declining on the index.

* The broader indices ended in green; the BSE Mid cap index up by 0.29%, and Small cap index was up by 1.45%.

* The top gaining sectoral indices on the BSE were, Utilities was up by 0.36%, FMCG was up by 0.35%, Realty was up by 0.69%, and Capital Goods was up by 0.13%, while, Telecom was down by 0.71%, Energy was down by 1.04%, and Oil & Gas was down by 0.07%, were top lossing indices were on BSE.

* There were Power Grid was up by 3.25%, Titan was up by 2.06%, Bajaj Finserv was up by 1.98%, Nestle India was up by 1.33%, and Bajaj Finance was up by 1.11%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were TATA Steel was down by 3.87%, Kotak Bank was down by 2.87%, Bajaj Auto was down by 1.72%, Mahindra & Mahindra was down by 1.62%, and Bharti Airtel was down by 1.48%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 16,983.20 down by 70.75 points or 0.41% after trading in a range of 17,324.65 and 16,931.40. There were 22 stocks advancing and 28 stocks declining.
