* The broader indices ended in green; the BSE Mid cap index up by 0.60%, and Small cap index was up by 0.44%.

* The top gaining sectoral indices on the BSE were, Oil & Gas was up by 0.43%, Energy was up by 0.02%, Capital Goods was up by 0.37%, Realty was up by 1.55%, Telecom was up by 0.40%, and FMCG was up by 0.79%, while, Utilities was down by 0.44%, were top lossing indices were on BSE.

* There were Asian Paint was up by 3.18%, AXIS Bank was up by 1.97%, ICICI Bank was up by 1.57%, Hindustan Unilever was up by 1.11%, and Indusind Bank was up by 0.91%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were Bajaj Finserv was down by 1.11%, Dr. Reddy was down by 0.82%, Titan was down by 0.68%, Sun Pharma was down by 0.60% and Bajaj Finance was down by 0.54%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 15,869.25 up by 57.40 points or 0.36% after trading in a range of 15,901.60 and 15,842.40. There were 25 stocks advancing and 25 stocks declining.
