* The BSE Sensex ended at 52,588.71 up by 14.25 points or 0..03% after trading in a range of 53,057.11 and 52,520.55. There were 12 stocks advancing and 18 stocks declining on the index.

* The broader indices ended in green; the BSE Mid cap index up by 0.33%, and Small cap index was up by 0.83%.

* The top gaining sectoral indices on the BSE were, Telecom was up by 0.22%, Oil & Gas was up by 0.69%, Capital Goods was up by 1.95%, and Utilities was up by 0.73%, while FMCG was down by 0.21%, Energy was down by 0.08%, and Realty was down by 0.75%, were top lossing indices were on BSE.

* There were Maruti was up by 5.02%, L&T was up by 2.20%, UltraTech Cement was up by 1.11%, TCS was up by 0.92%, and Titan was up by 0.80%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were Asian Paint was down by 1.91%, Bajaj Finance was down by 1.61%, Nestle India was down by 1.18%, Hindustan Unilever was down by 1.05% and Indusind Bank was down by 0.74%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 15,772.75 up by 26.25 points or 0.17% after trading in a range of 15,895.75 and 15,752.10. There were 28 stocks advancing and 22 stocks declining.
