* The BSE Sensex ended at 52,275.57 down by 52.94 points or 0.10% after trading in a range of 52,432.43 and 52,135.04. There were 14 stocks advancing and 16 stocks declining on the index.

* The broader indices ended in green; the BSE Mid cap index up by 0.38%, and Small cap index was up by 0.93%.

* The top gaining sectoral indices on the BSE were, Oil & Gas was up up by 0.13%, Utilities was up by 0.92%, Realty was up by 0.99%, and Telecom was up by 1.72%, while, Capital Goods was down by 0.29%, Energy was down by 0.35%, and FMCG was down by 0.79%, top lossing indices were on BSE.

* There were Tech Mahindra was up by 2.53%, Bharti Airtel was up by 1.91%, HCL Tech was up by 1.83%, Infosys was up by 1.68%, and Titan was up by 1.63%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were TATA Steel was down by 1.58%, SBIN was down by 1.21%, HDFC was down by 1.18%, Kotak Bank was down by 1.11% and HDFC Bank was down by 1.01%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 15,740.10 down by 11.55 points or 0.07% after trading in a range of 15,778.80 and 15,680.00. There were 27 stocks advancing and 22 stocks declining and 1 stock unchanged.
