Piramal Enterprises is planning to raise Rs 500 crore through issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Principal Protected, Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to Rs 50 crore along with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs 450 crore on a private placement basis. A meeting of the Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 14, 2022, to consider and approve the same.
