PVR moves up on launching unique luxury boutique property ‘PVR Maison’

PVR is currently trading at Rs. 1679.30, up by 7.00 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 1672.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1710.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1710.00 and Rs. 1673.50 respectively. So far 12854 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1797.55 on 18-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 961.00 on 19-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1797.55 and Rs. 1658.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10174.13 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 17.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 64.58% and 18.36% respectively.

PVR through its luxury arm --The Luxury Collection, has launched unique luxury boutique property, PVR Maison at Jio World Drive, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, a prominent commercial hub in India. The 6-screen multiplex would be opened in strict compliance to the SOPs issued by the Maharashtra Government with PVR’s 100% vaccinated staff and aligned with its 100% safe cinema standards under the PVR Care program.

With the opening of the property, the total screen count of PVR Cinemas stands at 157 screens across 38 properties in the state of Maharashtra. With this opening, PVR strengthens its growth momentum in FY 2021-2022 with 855 screens at 178 properties in 72 cities (India and Sri Lanka).
