Brigade Enterprises moves up on acquiring 4.53% stake in BCV Developers

Brigade Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 882.05, up by 5.00 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 877.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 882.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 886.50 and Rs. 877.00 respectively. So far 1793 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 933.55 on 01-Dec-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 430.95 on 13-Jan-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 920.00 and Rs. 875.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 20354.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.80% and 17.43% respectively.

Brigade Enterprises has acquired additional stake of 4.53% in the equity shares of BCV Developers, subsidiary of the Company from its existing shareholders who are Joint Venture Partners. Accordingly, the shareholding of the Company has been increased from 62.51% to 67.04% in BCV Developers.
BCV Developers is developing a 135 plus acres smart township at Devanahalli, Bangalore with a potential development of 6 million square feet out of which 4.50 million square feet has already been developed.

Brigade Enterprises is engaged in developing residential, commercial and retail properties primarily in Bangalore and Mysore, and has also developed and is managing a number of serviced apartments under the brand, Brigade Homestead.
