PNB Housing Finance zooms on planning to raise Rs 2000 crore through NCDs

PNB Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 381.45, up by 36.00 points or 10.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 345.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 344.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 386.00 and Rs. 340.65 respectively. So far 86452 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 866.65 on 09-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 312.00 on 12-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 388.90 and Rs. 324.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6103.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 32.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.29% and 41.14% respectively.

PNB Housing Finance is planning to raise Rs 2000 crore through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private Placement Basis. A meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on June 14, 2022 to consider and approve the same.

PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB). They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and up-gradation of houses.
