Oracle Credit trades higher on the BSE

Oracle Credit is currently trading at Rs. 151.75, up by 2.85 points or 1.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 148.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 153.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 153.00 and Rs. 142.00 respectively. So far 18017 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 153.00 on 16-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 32.30 on 29-Oct-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 153.00 and Rs. 129.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 104.76 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.12% and Non-Institutions held 53.88%.

Oracle Credit has made further investment in Credent Assets Management Services (CAMS) by way of acquisition of 5,64,763 equity shares at a price of Rs 48 per share aggregating to an amount of Rs 2.71 crore from the existing equity shareholders of the CAMS. As on date, total investment of Oracle Credit in Credent Asset management Services is 49%.

Oracle Credit provides a range of financial services, which includes lending of money, with or without security, dealing in securities/shares, government securities, bonds and units investment in stock markets, loan syndication and project and portfolio consultancy and consultancy services.
