Optiemus Infracom zooms on getting nod to enter into JV agreement with Corning International Corporation
Optiemus Infracom is currently trading at Rs. 359.10, up by 12.20 points or 3.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 346.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 347.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 372.35 and Rs. 347.05 respectively. So far 84418 shares were traded on the counter.

Optiemus Infracom has received approval to enter into Joint Venture agreement with Corning International Corporation, a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, United States of America. The Purpose of entering into the agreement is to incorporate a joint venture company in India to undertake the business of manufacturing of the Finished Parts for use in mobile consumer electronic devices (or other cover glass applications mutually agreed by the Parties), selling the Finished Parts to mobile consumer electronics manufacturers and OEMs (or other cover glass applications mutually agreed by the Parties), or their designated supply chain participants, for use in their operations; and such other business as may be agreed by the Parties.
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2023 has approved the same.
