The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 26.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 35.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.94 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.97 per cent at Rs 110.81 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 116.61 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.13 per cent to Rs 80.36 crore from Rs 88.43 crore in year ago period. Other Income dipped by 66.63 per cent at Rs 6.83 crore versus (Mar'20 Rs 20.47 crore). Operating Profit surged by 8.06 per cent to Rs 30.45 crore as against Rs 28.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.69 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 24.04 per cent at Rs 8.15 crore (Mar'20 Rs 10.73 crore).
