FIIs stood as net seller in equities as per August 03 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net seller in equity segment, white net buyer in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7732.18 crore against gross selling of Rs 9220.02 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 1487.84 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 419.93 crore against gross selling of Rs 12.03 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 407.90 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 0.39 crore against gross selling of Rs 8.72 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 8.33 crore in hybrid segment.
