Nouveau Global Ventures is currently trading at Rs. 1.24, up by 0.02 points or 1.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 1.22 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1.24 and Rs. 1.20 respectively. So far 1920 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1.60 on 12-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1.09 on 23-Aug-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1.24 and Rs. 1.18 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 23.01 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 36.22%, while Non-Institutions held 63.78% stake in the company.
Nouveau Global Ventures has sold 21,000 equity shares having face value of Rs 100 each, constituting 19.81% of share capital of Basic Real Estate, which is resulting into a change in holding of the Company by more than 2% of total shareholding of Basic Real Estate. After the aforesaid disposal of shares, the Company now does not hold any shares of Basic Real Estate.
