The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 37.04 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 28.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.92 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 77.84 per cent at Rs 136.99 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 77.03 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.66 per cent to Rs 24.21 crore from Rs 22.28 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 15.85 per cent at Rs 0.69 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 0.82 crore). Operating Profit surged by 105.95 per cent to Rs 112.78 crore as against Rs 54.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.83 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 510.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 21.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 66.12 per cent at Rs 18.34 crore (Mar'21 Rs 11.04 crore).
