Narayana Hrudayalaya is currently trading at Rs. 721.55, up by 14.85 points or 2.10% from its previous closing of Rs. 706.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 747.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 747.00 and Rs. 715.50 respectively. So far 11525 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 775.00 on 05-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 492.10 on 21-Oct-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 747.00 and Rs. 698.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14442.18 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.85%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.88% and 8.28% respectively.

Narayana Hrudayalaya has signed Business Transfer agreement with Shiva and Shiva Orthopaedic Hospital to acquire its Orthopedic and Trauma Hospital (“Sparsh Hosur Road” unit), situated at Narayana Health City campus, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru as a going concern on slump sale basis as defined under the Income tax Act, 1961 for aggregate cash consideration of Rs 2 billion. The acquisition is subject to the Conditions precedent and Conditions subsequent as agreed in the Business Transfer agreement.

The acquisition will enable the company to foray into the trauma and orthopaedic specialty within the Narayana Health City campus housing company’s two flagship hospitals namely the cardiac sciences focused Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences and the multispecialty unit i.e. Mazumdar Shaw Medical Centre.
