NTPC rises on inking MoU with Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy
NTPC is currently trading at Rs. 150.75, up by 0.20 points or 0.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 150.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 151.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 151.45 and Rs. 150.15 respectively. So far 210069 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 166.30 on 19-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 111.95 on 26-Aug-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 152.60 and Rs. 148.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 146177.24 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.10%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 45.49% and 3.40% respectively.
NTPC has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (MASEN) for cooperation in renewable energy. The MoU between NTPC and MASEN, which are pioneers in the field of renewable energy generation, promises to usher in the joint development of utility-scale projects based on renewable energy in Africa.
Through this cooperation, it is intended to support services for capacity building, share experience, know-how and expertise in the areas of mutual interest, especially in the field of research and development.
