NPR Finance touches roof on getting nod to sell Wind Turbine Generators at Dhule, Sangli

NPR Finance is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 14.58, up by 0.69 points or 4.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 13.89 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 14.58 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 14.58 and Rs. 14.58 respectively. So far 1094 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 20.80 on 15-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 11.25 on 01-Jun-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 14.58 and Rs. 12.66 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8.73 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.87% and Non-Institutions held 32.13% respectively.

NPR Finance has received an approval to sell its Wind Turbine Generators located at Dhule & Sangli in the State of Maharashtra, keeping in view that, the expected life of the Wind Turbines will expire soon and accordingly, it is being considered prudent to sell the same to Hindustan Unilever in due course.

The consideration received from such sale is Rs 1.40 crore plus applicable taxes - for each Wind Turbine (i.e. total consideration for sale of both the Wind Turbines taken together is Rs 2.80 crore plus applicable taxes). The Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 30, 2022 has approved the same.

The company is engaged in the business of lease, hire purchase of commercial vehicles, cars, earth moving equipments & bills discounting & recently commenced real estate development.
