Mahindra Holidays gains on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India is currently trading at Rs. 263.00, up by 2.00 points or 0.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 261.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 261.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 265.15 and Rs. 260.60 respectively. So far 16652 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 276.95 on 16-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 185.55 on 04-Jan-2022.

The company holds 100% share capital in Mahindra Holidays & Resorts Harihareshwar by subscribing to 50,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 per share at par for Rs 5 lakh.
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts Harihareshwar has been incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle company for upgradation, operation and maintenance of the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) Resort at Harihareshwar under Public Private Partnership (PPP) model.
